Catching Up With Your Coach

Hello, my name is Liz Mcdermitt. I’m an experienced Fortune 100 leader with a passion for helping others to achieve their goals and to live fulfilling, self-empowered lives.

I have an MBA from Kellogg, an undergraduate degree in psychology from Northwestern University, and more than 25 years of experience working in boutique, midsize, and top 10 U.S. companies as a team leader and coach.

Throughout my career in marketing, financial services, and big tech, I’ve built, led, mentored, and coached teams of high-performing professionals — all while launching three children of my own.

The Real Power of Coaching?

I facilitate growth by analyzing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs, and co-designing a plan to bridge the gap between your present and ideal future.

On the way, we’ll discover new perspectives to help you thrive while identifying counterintuitive patterns that could be blocking your path to fulfillment.

My approach to coaching is deeply relational, holistic, and transformative, focusing on your resourcefulness, creativity and wholeness rather than just goals or problems.

I am not here as a therapist, consultant, or mentor. Instead, I hold space with my clients, helping them convert life stresses and challenges into triumphs, with my clients always taking accountability for their own accomplishments.
